We really loved the central location, making it easy to explore Cartagena. The room was spacious and had a huge bed, perfect for our large family. Breakfast was delightful, with fresh fruit and tasty local pastries that everyone enjoyed.

I had a pleasant stay for one night in a Double Room, Ground Floor without windows. The location was ideal for exploring the charming old town, and the room was clean and reasonably priced at $64 USD. Breakfast was simple but nice, with fresh fruit and some eggs. The staff were accommodating and made me feel welcome. 🌟

The building is beautiful. I loved the cozy atmosphere and the amazing staff who went out of their way to help with anything I needed. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with fresh fruits and many options to choose from. I had a room with a nice balcony, which provided a good street view. However, the mattress was a concern. it consisted of two mattresses of different heights placed together, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Noise from the street at night was also bothersome, even with the double balcony doors. Additionally, there was ongoing noisy renovation work in the upper floors that started around 9 AM, which could have been better communicated prior to arrival. Despite these issues, the location was fabulous, right in the heart of the old city center, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants and clubs. The pool was nice but needed better maintenance. I wish the air conditioning worked better since my clothes ended up quite humid after a few days. Overall, the charm and service made my stay enjoyable, but the mattress and noise issues were significant drawbacks.

I stayed in a Standard Double Room for 2 nights. The bed was super comfy, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness. It was nice having air conditioning that worked well, especially in the humidity. The charming colonial decor added to the vibe. However, I did find the street noise a bit too much, especially at night. Overall, the experience in the room was solid, but be ready for some sounds from outside.

The location is perfect for exploring Cartagena with the kids, offering easy access to local eateries and famous sights. The breakfast spread was delightful, especially the fresh fruits and local pastries which the boys couldn't get enough of. The air conditioning was a relief from the heat.
My children wished for more soundproofing to block out the street noise at night.

The staff's friendliness enhanced my experience, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable room that offered a pleasant city view, which added to the ambiance.
However, the noise from the street at night was quite noticeable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
